The Victoria-Jungfrau has been Interlaken's leading address since the 19th century. It stands on the Höheweg, right on the great Höhematte meadow, and from many rooms you look across the green to the glaciated Jungfrau.

The drive and arriving at the hotel
The most scenic route runs via Lucerne and the Brünig Pass, past Lake Sarnen and Lake Lungern, down to Brienz and along Lake Brienz to Interlaken. Depending on traffic the driver may also take the motorway via Bern and Thun. On the Höheweg he pulls straight into the forecourt.
Many guests use the hotel as a base for the Jungfraujoch, Grindelwald or Lauterbrunnen. For onward travel we pick you up at the hotel – including transfers to Zermatt, Lucerne or back to the airport.
Tips for your stay
- Trains towards the Jungfraujoch, Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen leave from Interlaken Ost, a few minutes from the hotel.
- Choosing the Brünig route lets you see the lakes of Central Switzerland on the way in – ideal in good weather.
- For the Lauberhorn World Cup in January we take you to Lauterbrunnen, from where the train runs up to Wengen.

Yes. Grindelwald and Wengen (to Lauterbrunnen) are fixed-price routes of their own; transfers between resorts can simply be booked as a ride from your hotel.
