The drive and arriving at the hotel
Depending on the time of day the drive takes 15 to 30 minutes; during the morning and late-afternoon rush your driver picks whichever route is flowing best. The entrance is at Talstrasse 1, where the doorman will welcome you and take your bags.
For the way back we collect you at the hotel entrance at the agreed time. For flights within Europe we recommend a pick-up about two and a half hours before departure, for long-haul three hours.
