Yes. The price quoted at booking applies per vehicle and does not change – regardless of traffic, weather or time of day. There are no night or luggage surcharges.
What happens if my flight is delayed?＋
We monitor your flight in real time and adjust the pickup automatically. Waiting time after landing is free.
Where do I meet my driver at the airport?＋
Your chauffeur awaits you with a name sign right in the arrivals hall (meet & greet) and walks you to the vehicle.
How can I pay?＋
Conveniently in the vehicle: cash, credit card or TWINT. Corporate clients can receive a consolidated invoice on request.
Can I cancel free of charge?＋
Yes, cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the planned pickup and receive a full refund.
Are child seats available?＋
Yes, baby shells and child seats are provided free of charge. Simply state the number and age of your children when booking.
Do you transport ski and special luggage?＋
Ski bags travel free of charge (max. 4 per vehicle). It is best to announce bulky luggage such as golf bags or prams when booking.
